The problem
Show timing lives in four different windows.
A clock, a countdown app, a stopwatch on a phone and the OBS timeline, none of which the room can see. Then the venue has no reliable internet and half of them stop working.
How it works
One file. As many timers as the show has moments.
TOP! is a single HTML file: a clock, a stopwatch, as many countdowns as you need and a live countdown of the media playing in OBS, in a grid you shape yourself. Every card has its own OBS browser source, and every function is on a shortcut for Stream Deck or Companion.
Fully offline
Only the OBS card talks to anything, and only to your OBS.
Independent timers
Each with its name, colour, duration and overtime.
It knows what is on air
Counts down the media OBS is playing.
Voice cues
Five minutes, two, one, then the last seconds.
Late looks late
Past zero, the count runs up in red.
Works on a tablet
An iPad on the lectern is a control surface.

Stagetimer and Ontime are built around a full rundown and a crew of screens. TOP! is one file for one control position, and it knows what OBS is playing.
